What you will do
- Set and drive a multi-quarter product strategy for hirify.global’s travel content ecosystem across hotels, cars, and flights, balancing quality, scale, speed, and business impact.
- Define and translate “great content” (accuracy, completeness, freshness, relevance, utility) into product requirements.
- Partner with hirify.globalering and Data Science to introduce and evolve tooling for content workflows, including attribute extraction, deduping, automated enrichment, and validation.
- Design scalable pipelines that improve content coverage and quality across verticals, from source ingestion to delivery.
- Improve conversion and trust by influencing key funnel and marketplace metrics tied to content and systematically closing high-impact content gaps.
- Lead cross-functionally across Product, hirify.globalering, Design, Data, Supply, and Content Ops, creating clear specs, success metrics, and launch plans.
Requirements
- 4–7+ years of Product Management experience, ideally in marketplaces, e-commerce, travel, fintech, or data-heavy domains.
- Proven ability to lead ambiguous, technical product areas from zero to one with real business impact.
- Strong analytical toolkit, comfortable querying data (SQL), defining KPIs, and using data to drive decisions.
- Experience working closely with hirify.globalering and Data Science teams on integrated data products.
- Track record of shipping product improvements that moved measurable customer and/or revenue metrics.
- Must be based in the USA.
Nice to have
- Prior experience with travel content, vertical catalog systems, or marketplace inventory products.
- Familiarity with large-scale data pipelines, automation, or ML-adjacent product surfaces.
- Experience using or building LLM-based tools in production.
