What you will do

• Act as the primary technical point of contact for partners and customers during integration, launch, and go-live.
• Lead technical discovery, solution design, and implementation support for API usage and integration patterns.
• Provide post-launch technical support, troubleshooting, and issue resolution for partner and customer accounts.
• Deliver structured, actionable feedback to inform API roadmap, platform strategy, and developer experience.
• Build and maintain technical launch playbooks, reference architectures, and enablement materials.
• Design and scale the Solutions hirify.globalering function for Product Partnerships, defining roles, models, metrics, and hiring future hirify.globalers.

Requirements

• 8–12+ years of experience in Solutions hirify.globalering, Sales hirify.globalering, or Technical Partnerships.
• Hands-on experience supporting API-first or platform products.
• Strong understanding of REST APIs, authentication and authorization, webhooks, data models, and system integrations.
• Proven experience owning technical launches and integrations end-to-end.
• Ability to operate comfortably in ambiguity, define structure, and communicate effectively with technical and non-technical audiences.
• Must be based in the USA.

Nice to have

• Prior experience being the first Solutions hirify.globaler or helping build an SE function.
• Travel industry experience.
