TL;DR

Senior Solutions Engineer (Fintech): Designing and developing unique solutions for automating verification of asset, income, and employment needs for a data platform with an accent on technical sales processes, solution design, and value-based selling. Focus on translating complex processes into simplified solutions and driving impact in customer operations.

Location: Hybrid in San Francisco, CA, United States. Individuals are expected to work from the office 3 days a week. A relocation stipend may be available for those willing to relocate to a hirify.global hub location (San Francisco, Denver, CO, United States, or Santiago, Chile).

Salary: $222,000–$261,000 USD (On-target Earnings OR Base Salary range for San Francisco, CA).

What you will do

  • Strategically partner with Sales, Customer Success, and Implementation teams to support large deals.
  • Design and develop unique solutions that automate verification of asset, income, and employment needs.
  • Meet with business leaders and stakeholders to understand their goals and articulate hirify.global's value proposition.
  • Educate prospective clients on automated verification services and serve as verification experts during sales cycles.
  • Answer technical and compliance questions from prospects and partners.
  • Distill and communicate customer needs to the Product team and help drive product roadmap.

Requirements

  • 5+ years in a related industry or SAAS.
  • Mastery of the technical sales process, solution design, and proof of value execution.
  • Expertise in discovery conversations, value-based selling, and world-class demonstration and storytelling skills.
  • Experience building rapport and working with cross-functional teams spanning sales, product management, product marketing, and business development.
  • Ability to juggle and complete multiple priorities and projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • English: B2 required.
  • Willingness and ability to travel as needed (30% or higher).
