Location: Remote nationwide in the U.S.

Salary: $166,900.00 - $242,050.00

What you will do

• Lead the enterprise data architecture function, including hiring, developing, and retaining architecture talent.
• Own hirify.global’s enterprise data architecture strategy and direction, holding the organization accountable for maintaining the target state and roadmaps.
• Direct the architecture team’s definition of enterprise patterns for data movement, processing, storage, and consumption across various use cases.
• Communicate enterprise data architecture direction to executives and delivery leaders, driving decisions that improve outcomes.
• Sponsor and oversee modernization of legacy data capabilities, ensuring migration sequencing and platform evolution guidance.
• Partner with platform leadership to advance AWS-based cloud maturity and scalable platform patterns.

Requirements

• Minimum 10 years relevant IT architecture experience, including at least 4 years of people management.
• High-level communications, consulting, and client relations experience with all levels of management.
• Strong executive acumen and strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Information Systems, or equivalent experience.
• Experience in the retirement, wealth management, recordkeeping, or closely related financial services domain.
• Experience with AWS and cloud-first architectural patterns, including resiliency, automation, scalability, and cost visibility.

Nice to have

• Master’s degree in a related systems or business field.
• Experience with modern data platforms such as Snowflake and/or Redshift.
• Experience with distributed processing, event-driven, and streaming architectures.
• Experience shaping enterprise API strategies and developer enablement patterns.
• Experience implementing CI/CD enablement for data pipelines.
• Experience with cloud-native runtime environments such as Kubernetes and modern observability/monitoring.
• Experience partnering with innovation teams to implement analytics or GenAI capabilities.
