What you will do
- Own Customer Success responsibilities for 30-40 Enterprise accounts, driving high retention and satisfaction.
- Perform initial onboarding and ongoing training to ensure strong product adoption and engagement.
- Facilitate customer contract renewals and identify new growth opportunities.
- Serve as an income & employment subject matter expert, guiding customers on Truework implementation.
- Perform periodic success reviews to track performance and expand Truework use.
- Serve as the primary interface to manage and resolve critical customer issues.
Requirements
- 3+ years of customer success experience, preferably with a SaaS or financial services product.
- Proven ability to maintain highly valuable, outcome-based relationships with a diverse Enterprise customer base.
- Outstanding multi-task management skills.
- Strong communication skills (written, verbal, presentation) for technical and non-technical audiences.
- Passion for working with customers and deep understanding of Truework Income products.
- Willingness to travel quarterly based on customer and business need.
