What you will do
- Lead and execute outbound sales to achieve pipeline and revenue targets for your team.
- Coach sales representatives through call and deal reviews, reinforcing a repeatable sales cycle.
- Build a data-led sales motion, ensuring CRM accuracy and identifying funnel bottlenecks.
- Deliver reliable weekly and monthly forecasts and manage performance metrics.
- Develop the sales team through hiring, onboarding, training, and career progression support.
- Partner with Marketing and RevOps to refine messaging and targeting.
Requirements
- ~4 years of experience managing B2B sales teams.
- Strong background in outbound sales within a scale-up or high-growth environment.
- Proven ability to coach reps to higher performance and implement structured sales methodologies.
- Comfortable operating with imperfect data and evolving processes.
- Strong CRM and sales analytics skills.
- Must be able to work in a hybrid environment from New York, USA, covering North America.
