What you will do

  • Lead and execute outbound sales to achieve pipeline and revenue targets for your team.
  • Coach sales representatives through call and deal reviews, reinforcing a repeatable sales cycle.
  • Build a data-led sales motion, ensuring CRM accuracy and identifying funnel bottlenecks.
  • Deliver reliable weekly and monthly forecasts and manage performance metrics.
  • Develop the sales team through hiring, onboarding, training, and career progression support.
  • Partner with Marketing and RevOps to refine messaging and targeting.

Requirements

  • ~4 years of experience managing B2B sales teams.
  • Strong background in outbound sales within a scale-up or high-growth environment.
  • Proven ability to coach reps to higher performance and implement structured sales methodologies.
  • Comfortable operating with imperfect data and evolving processes.
  • Strong CRM and sales analytics skills.
  • Must be able to work in a hybrid environment from New York, USA, covering North America.
