Salary: $71,042–$106,564, plus 10% bonus potential

What you will do

• Maintain a workload of roughly 30-50 Enterprise clients.
• Establish strong relationships with key stakeholders and provide consistent top-tier service.
• Evaluate opportunities for growth, mitigate churn, and report on health scores quarterly.
• Communicate effectively with Enterprise Support staff and leverage technical knowledge.
• Become an expert on hirify.global and handle unique client problems.
• Understand online booking trends in the tour and activity industry.

Requirements

• In-depth understanding of Account Manager processes and responsibilities.
• Advanced analytical skills and ability to problem-solve independently.
• Strong collaboration and team-player mindset.
• High attention to detail for proper execution and understanding impact on the company.
• Impeccably organized and thorough in execution of tasks.
• Highly comfortable working with data in Excel and Tableau.
