What you will do
- Lead global retention and acquisition campaigns for hirify.global Pro Suite.
- Collaborate with Product, Customer Success, Sales, and Support to align go-to-market strategies.
- Coach and manage a small team of marketers, prioritizing initiatives based on company goals.
- Maintain technical proficiency in Pro Suite and stay updated on elite football industry trends.
Requirements
- Expertise in the elite football industry, understanding club operations in recruitment, analysis, and performance.
- 5–7 years of experience in planning and executing retention-focused marketing campaigns using data to define KPIs.
- Proven track record of cross-functional collaboration and coaching junior team members or managing complex projects.
- Ability to translate customer insights into practical marketing actions and communicate fluently with users.
