TL;DR

Paid Search and YouTube Specialist: Strategically and operationally managing the Paid Search Channel within hirify.global’s in-house media team with an accent on executing campaigns, optimizing performance, and leveraging data. Focus on implementing high-level search strategy, improving operational effectiveness, and ensuring media quality through A/B testing.

Location: London, United Kingdom (Hybrid - 2-3 days in office, 8 days per month)

What you will do

  • Take full strategic and operational accountability of the Paid Search Channel within the Biddable Media team.
  • Execute campaigns to deliver against media and business KPIs, managing account tactics, reporting, and optimization.
  • Work with direction from the Search Lead to implement high-level strategy.
  • Responsible for executing testing plans and providing high-quality analysis.
  • Harness 1st, 2nd, and 3rd party data sets to deliver effective segmentation and outcomes.
  • Improve operational effectiveness, measured against ongoing process/capability auditing.

Requirements

  • Relevant management experience in media industry (client, agency, or consultancy side) with a solid grounding in marketing.
  • Hands-on and operational experience of search technology platforms (essential for Google Ads; advantageous for SA360, Marin, Kenshoo).
  • Strong PPC knowledge including account and keyword strategies, Remarketing, KPIs, and related products (e.g., Google Shopping).
  • Brand and performance planning experience, demonstrating knowledge in harnessing data and technology for accountable media outcomes.
  • Good knowledge of analytics, tracking tag management/implementation (e.g., Adobe Analytics or Google Analytics).
  • Good data management and analytical skills, preferably from performing large scale analysis on media spend and performance.

Nice to have

  • Basic knowledge of SEO.
  • Platform certifications (e.g., Google Search Ads, YouTube, GDN).
