The hirify.global is a large public service broadcaster developing its visualised podcasting presence on YouTube and hirify.global Sounds.

What you will do

• Lead on 3-4 titles for hirify.global Sounds’ 16:9 full-length podcast presence on YouTube.
• Manage 1-3 hirify.global Sounds’ YouTube channels.
• Support the podcast clip strategy across YouTube.
• Coordinate content delivery from internal and external suppliers, providing clear feedback.
• Design and create multiple thumbnail options for YouTube video uploads.
• Collaborate on YouTube titling, metadata, descriptions, and search optimisation.

Requirements

• Strong passion for and deep knowledge of hirify.global’s podcast and radio output, with regular consumption of YouTube content in the podcast space.
• Clear communication and organisational skills for collaborative work with multiple teams.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite with strong video and image editing skills for YouTube Shorts and 16:9 videos.
• Strong understanding of visualised podcasting, thumbnail creation, metadata, and SEO across YouTube and Google.
• Professional experience of community management and moderation.
• Working experience across YouTube in a professional capacity.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of social media analytics and how to apply performance insights to content strategy.
• Experience of creating visual presentations to communicate performance insights, learnings and recommendations.
• Professional experience in the entertainment sector.
