What you will do

  • Lead the strategy, development, and governance of Group digital communication channels, ensuring accessibility and effectiveness.
  • Drive best practice, digital standards, and technical enablement across Corporate Affairs.
  • Optimise content across websites, intranets, email, and social channels using insight, SEO, and analytics.
  • Manage enterprise-level social media tools, publishing approaches, and listening capabilities.
  • Monitor emerging digital trends and translate them into improvements for performance and user experience.
  • Provide senior digital counsel during issues and crises, overseeing the digital response.

Requirements

  • Broad digital marketing expertise across multiple channels and platforms.
  • Strong understanding of CMS systems, UX/UI, accessibility, and performance optimisation.
  • Deep knowledge of digital communications including websites, intranets, email, and social media.
  • Experience delivering digital product roadmaps, integrations, and channel strategies.
  • Strong analytical capability, including tagging, dashboards, and KPI frameworks.
  • Ability to navigate complex stakeholder environments and build trusted relationships.
  • Work format: Hybrid in London, United Kingdom.
