🚀 We’re hiring: Recruiter (B2B Sales | International).
We’re looking for a hands-on recruiter who is confident with cold sourcing and can consistently close B2B sales roles on international markets.
What you’ll do:
- Recruit IT B2B Sales roles (BDM / SDR / AE in IT/SaaS/AI products)
- International search (Europe, MENA, UK, etc.)
- Active cold sourcing & outreach
- Work with large candidate funnels and high hiring pace
- Close similar sales profiles without burning out
What we’re looking for:
- Experience recruiting IT B2B Sales profiles in IT, SaaS or AI products
- International hiring experience
- Strong English (written & spoken)
- Proven cold sourcing skills
- Resilience: comfortable with rejections and fast-paced work
- Remote | Long-term | High-volume sales hiring
