Location: Onsite in London, United Kingdom (5 days/week).

What you will do

  • Attract exceptional talent across engineering, operations, product, and people functions.
  • Build world-class interview processes to raise the hiring bar with every addition.
  • Screen applications and set the standard for candidate quality.
  • Own the applicant tracking system (ATS) to ensure clean data, tight schedules, and smooth processes.
  • Shape company perception by driving employer branding, candidate experience, and hiring events.

Requirements

  • Experience recruiting in-house.
  • Confident sourcing across various functions and building strong talent pipelines.
  • Experience providing world-class stakeholder experience, partnering with a commercial mindset.
  • Consistent drive for SLAs, such as 24/48 candidate feedback.
  • Attention to detail with a clear understanding of hiring workflow and processes.
  • Proactive and self-motivated with an appetite for curiosity, growth, and openness to feedback.

Hiring process

  • Intro Call (30 mins) to meet a member of the Talent Team.
  • Skills Interview (45 mins) to chat with the Global Head of Talent.
  • Final Stage (60 mins, in-person) to meet the wider People & Talent team and present a short task.
