What you will do
- Manage, coach, and support SDRs through 1:1s and daily feedback sessions.
- Build a positive, energetic, and accountable team culture.
- Ensure fast, high-quality follow-up on thousands of inbound leads.
- Build and refine outbound strategy, cadences, ICP targeting, and messaging.
- Own and optimize SDR tooling including Clay/Freckle, HubSpot/Salesforce, and Apollo.
- Partner with Sales, Growth, and Product for insights and alignment.
Requirements
- 2–5+ years of SDR/BDR leadership experience.
- Strong outbound experience, including strategy, playbooks, cadences, and ICP refinement.
- Deep experience with Clay or Freckle.io.
- Proficient with HubSpot or Salesforce.
- Skilled with Apollo, Outreach, or Salesloft.
- Strong verbal and written English communication skills are required.
Nice to have
- Experience working with or selling to developers, engineers, or technical buyers.
- Familiarity with CRMs and prospecting tools.
- Background in developer communities, open source, or technical support.
- Previous experience at an early-stage startup or remote-first team.
