TL;DR

Sales Development Representative (Sales): Growing the top of the sales funnel through cold outbound campaigns and generating sales-ready meetings for Account Executives with an accent on understanding customer needs and identifying high-potential growth areas. Location: Remote for candidates based in the US or Canada. Hubs are available in San Francisco and Toronto, and a local in-person meet-up program is offered.

Salary: $90,000 (with potential for $30,000 commission)

What you will do

  • Grow the top of the sales funnel through cold outbound campaigns.
  • Generate sales-ready meetings and opportunities for Account Executives.
  • Utilize active listening skills to understand customer needs and communicate hirify.global's solutions.
  • Identify high-potential growth areas and develop outbound strategies.
  • Develop strong sales and product knowledge.
  • Partner with Growth, Marketing, and Customer Success teams.
  • Research companies and maintain accurate client relationship data within CRM.

Requirements

  • Must be based in the US or Canada.
  • 8+ months of experience in Sales Development.
  • Familiarity with SaaS or service-oriented business models.
  • Experience generating outbound leads.
  • CRM experience.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
