What you will do
- Manage the full B2B sales cycle from initial contact to contract signing.
- Generate new leads and create real opportunities.
- Drive sales campaigns with energy and strategy.
- Maintain data and provide weekly sales forecasts using Salesforce.
- Represent the hirify.global brand at trade shows and events.
Requirements
- Experience in cold sales within the SaaS sector.
- Vocational or university education in a commercial field.
- Results-oriented and motivated to exceed goals and KPIs.
- Strong active listening skills to identify client needs.
- Native Spanish language proficiency required.
- English B1 level proficiency required.
- Must be based in Barcelona.
Nice to have
- B2 level of Portuguese language proficiency.
