What you will do

• Build and manage long-term relationships with key decision-makers at partner organizations.
• Conduct regular business reviews and strategic planning sessions with partners.
• Lead contract renewals and renegotiations to improve partnership terms and economic conditions.
• Perform detailed analyses to demonstrate hirify.global's value proposition and provide actionable insights.
• Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, Legal, Finance, Product, Customer Success) to ensure partner success.
• Prepare and deliver reports on partner success metrics and project results.

Requirements

• Fluency in English & Spanish is mandatory.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields.
• At least 3 years of experience in sales, customer success, or related areas.
• Proven track record in managing strategic accounts.
• Understanding of commercial negotiations and pricing strategies.
• Proficiency in Excel/Sheets and GSuite.

Nice to have

• Experience in the fitness/wellness industry.
• Knowledge of Salesforce, Tableau, and Metabase.
