What you will do

  • Lead client onboarding from contract to full operational go-live, ensuring successful adoption of hirify.global solutions.
  • Act as the main point of contact for assigned clients, building trusted relationships and understanding their business needs.
  • Monitor customer satisfaction, adoption, and usage, identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities in collaboration with sales teams.
  • Proactively identify risks, issues, and opportunities for improvement, coordinating incident resolution with support and technical teams.
  • Ensure clients achieve measurable value from hirify.global solutions and collect customer feedback to contribute to continuous product and service improvement.

Requirements

  • Fluency in English, Spanish and Catalan (written and spoken) – mandatory.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Client-oriented mindset with a strong focus on service quality.
  • Ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously.
  • Comfortable working in a digital, SaaS-based environment.

Nice to have

  • Knowledge or experience in electronic invoicing, electronic document exchange, or digital compliance.
  • Experience working with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Dynamics).
  • Previous experience in SaaS environments or software-based customer management/client success roles.
  • Additional languages highly valued: German, French and Dutch.
