What you will do
- Lead client onboarding from contract to full operational go-live, ensuring successful adoption of hirify.global solutions.
- Act as the main point of contact for assigned clients, building trusted relationships and understanding their business needs.
- Monitor customer satisfaction, adoption, and usage, identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities in collaboration with sales teams.
- Proactively identify risks, issues, and opportunities for improvement, coordinating incident resolution with support and technical teams.
- Ensure clients achieve measurable value from hirify.global solutions and collect customer feedback to contribute to continuous product and service improvement.
Requirements
- Fluency in English, Spanish and Catalan (written and spoken) – mandatory.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Client-oriented mindset with a strong focus on service quality.
- Ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously.
- Comfortable working in a digital, SaaS-based environment.
Nice to have
- Knowledge or experience in electronic invoicing, electronic document exchange, or digital compliance.
- Experience working with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Dynamics).
- Previous experience in SaaS environments or software-based customer management/client success roles.
- Additional languages highly valued: German, French and Dutch.
