What you will do
- Create long-term relationships with top partners, including weekly and monthly business reviews and face-to-face meetings.
- Improve operational performance of partners to deliver the best service and increase hirify.global’s revenue.
- Onboard new partners to the platform by providing information and tools.
- Leverage data and key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify trends and provide actionable insights.
- Acquire new clubs through inbound and outbound leads.
- Reduce partner churn by maintaining close relationships and reactivating inactive partners.
Requirements
- 1-3 years of work experience in Account Management, Customer Service, Sales, or Customer Success roles.
- Tech savvy: Experience with Hubspot or other CRMs and Google Sheets expertise.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Problem solver, highly organized, detail-oriented, and decisive.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth, high-performance organization.
