What you will do
- Own the planning, execution, optimization, and reporting of integrated B2B marketing campaigns across North Asia, aligning with sales targets and strategy.
- Translate global and APAC marketing strategy and product messaging into locally relevant, high-impact campaigns.
- Create and run multi-channel campaigns end-to-end across partners, digital, and events channels.
- Develop and execute partner channel strategies with functional teams and local partners.
- Track campaign performance metrics, analyze data, and generate reports.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with associations and external partners.
Requirements
- 5-7 years of experience in field marketing or a related role in the B2B tech space.
- High working proficiency in Mandarin and English.
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns.
- Strong experience in planning and executing partner marketing activities.
- Excellent project management, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical abilities with experience in marketing data analysis and reporting.
- Travel may be required (20-30% of the time).
