What you will do
- Set up and manage paid media campaigns primarily on LinkedIn, including organic posting, scheduling, and coordination.
- Monitor and optimize performance marketing campaigns focused on brand awareness and engagement through A/B testing on creatives, copy, and landing pages.
- Prepare and analyze monthly performance reports across all active campaigns, focusing on KPIs like CTR, CPC, and conversion rates to inform strategy.
- Track and optimize campaign budgets across channels, preparing forecasts and flagging discrepancies.
- Collaborate closely with internal creative, content, analytics, and campaign teams, as well as external partners, coordinating asset delivery and timelines.
Requirements
- Ideally 2–4 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in paid media or campaign management.
- Familiarity with LinkedIn Ads Manager.
- Proficient analytical skills and a focus on detail.
- Experience in campaign performance optimization.
- Comfortable managing multiple campaigns and deadlines simultaneously.
- Must be able to work a flexible APAC/EMEA shift.
- Must be able to work from the office in Manila two days each week.
- Application in English is required.
