What you will do

• Track and report headcount metrics and insights for decision-making.
• Manage headcount budgets and ensure alignment with financial and operational goals.
• Drive continuous improvements in workforce planning and headcount management practices.
• Analyze workforce data to identify gaps and opportunities.
• Support talent acquisition planning and act as a liaison between TA, HRBPs, and the business.
• Assist Corporate Planning and FP&A teams with capacity planning and analyses.

Requirements

• Proficiency in data analysis tools and BigQuery for querying large datasets.
• Solid understanding of cost accounting and resource allocation (fixed vs. variable costs, cost center allocation).
• Ability to conduct sound analysis with incomplete data, using hypotheses and scenario planning.
• Strong prioritization skills based on impact and trade-offs.
• Ability to translate data insights into actionable strategies.
• Good organizational skills and careful attention to detail.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills for collaboration with stakeholders.
