Location: São Paulo, Brazil (Hybrid 2-3 times/week)

What you will do

• Track and report detailed headcount metrics to provide insights for decision-making.
• Monitor and manage headcount budgets, ensuring alignment with financial and operational goals.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements in workforce planning and headcount management.
• Evaluate current workforce demographics, skills, and performance to identify gaps.
• Assist in talent acquisition planning and serve as a liaison between Talent Acquisition, HRBPs, and the business.
• Support Corporate Planning and FP&A teams on capacity planning and analyses.

Requirements

• Proficiency in data analysis tools and expertise in querying and manipulating large datasets, including BigQuery.
• Solid understanding of cost accounting, resource allocation, fixed vs. variable costs, and margin analysis.
• Capability for structured problem-solving in ambiguity, using hypotheses and scenario planning.
• Ability to prioritize based on impact, evaluating the value and trade-offs of analytical efforts.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills for effective collaboration with HRBP and other stakeholders.
• English: B2 required for effective collaboration.
