Planner (Ad Sales): Supporting pre-sale activities for brand campaigns across ’s advertising inventory with an accent on clarifying objectives, target audiences, and success metrics. Focus on building media plans, developing proposals, and using data and insights to strengthen strategic narratives.
Location: Hybrid role based in London, UK

What you will do
- Support sales and planning teams in responding to client briefs by clarifying objectives and target audiences.
- Assist in building media plans and responses to RFPs, including channel selection and budget allocation.
- Use internal data, research tools, and industry insights to define target audiences and inform planning decisions.
- Support pre-sale forecasting by analysing historical performance, benchmarks, and available inventory.
- Help prepare pre-sale materials such as media plans, presentations, and planning documentation.
- Collaborate closely with sales, activation, and insight teams to ensure proposal accuracy and feasibility.
Requirements
- Proficiency in Excel.
- Understanding of digital/media marketing and social media.
- Familiarity with the TV and digital sports industry.
- Creative thinker with excellent cross-team communication skills.
- Highly entrepreneurial, organized, and capable of working independently as well as collaboratively.
- Workplace type: Hybrid, based in London, UK.
