What you will do

• Lead the Connections Planning team for the Marks and Spencer account.
• Translate audience insights into actionable, scalable media targeting strategies.
• Design comprehensive connections ecosystems and plans in collaboration with channel specialists.
• Manage day-to-day campaigns and serve as the primary liaison between clients and specialists.
• Develop measurement and testing frameworks to optimize campaign performance.
• Provide line management for the planning team and contribute to departmental leadership.

Requirements

• Extensive experience leading senior client relationships and managing agency teams.
• Proven track record in media planning craft and designing holistic measurement frameworks.
• Ability to work "audience-first" and build targeted audiences across addressable and non-addressable media.
• Strong people management and organizational skills.
• Must have the right to work in the United Kingdom.
