What you will do

• Manage social platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Snapchat) to drive growth through effective fan engagement and personality.
• Provide real-time coverage of clients' events and matches according to the sporting calendar.
• Develop and execute digital-led strategies for sports clubs and consulting partners to achieve their objectives.
• Collaborate with the in-house content team to produce assets aligned with brand strategy and talent profiles.
• Manage monthly reporting and analytics to identify areas for growth and demonstrate success.
• Coordinate with external Community Managers on assets related to commercial partnerships.

Requirements

• Must be based in London, UK (In-office 5 days a week).
• 2-3 years of experience in a sports digital or social media role.
• Strong knowledge of professional football and rugby.
• In-depth understanding of social media platforms, industry trends, and new technologies.
• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite.
• Experience working with high-profile talent and exceptional stakeholder management skills.
