What you will do
- Develop and execute ’s on-air media strategy across linear and VOD platforms.
- Lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing media planning team.
- Collaborate with paid media agencies and marketing teams to ensure integrated and optimized media plans.
- Optimize continuity and navigation to retain audiences and strengthen network identity.
- Supervise the monitoring, analysis, and evaluation of live campaigns to maximize efficiency.
- Leverage martech stacks and measurement tools for strategic insight and performance optimization.
Requirements
- Strategic media leadership experience within a broadcaster or media agency, focusing on linear and VOD.
- Proven track record of improving performance through effective campaign strategy and planning.
- Experience leading teams using a data and analytical-led approach.
- Proficiency in interrogating BARB, Techedge, and Paino data.
- Strong stakeholder relationship management and strategic communication skills.
- Must be able to work in a hybrid capacity based in London.
