What you will do
- Design and execute industry and ICP-tier ABM campaigns across multiple channels, aligned with sales.
- Take ownership of paid media (LinkedIn, Google, Bing) and organic strategy with a focus on CAC and conversion.
- Lead website optimization with a focus on buyer journeys, messaging, and conversion rates.
- Build workflows and signal-based strategies alongside RevOps to support sales outbound efforts.
- Own tracking, dashboards, and reporting to drive decisions and show marketing’s impact on revenue.
Requirements
- 6+ years in B2B performance or demand generation roles, ideally in B2B SaaS.
- Proven track record in ABM campaign success and collaboration with sales.
- Experience with paid media management and campaign optimization.
- Hands-on experience with website CRO, landing pages, and funnel analytics.
- Proficiency with CRM and marketing automation (HubSpot).
- Excellent written and spoken English.
- Must be based in Sweden, Finland, or the Netherlands, or willing to relocate to one of these locations.
Nice to have
- Experience in integration tech (iPaaS, API management, automation).
- Familiarity with AEO/SEO, A/B testing tools, or tools like Storylane.
- Interest in AI-driven marketing technologies.
