What you will do

• Collaborate with the sales team and partners to identify customer needs and deliver tailored technical solutions.
• Conduct in-depth product demonstrations and technical presentations for Elevate and Engage.
• Address technical challenges, customizing solutions to ensure alignment with client requirements.
• Act as a bridge between sales, partner managers, and product teams, translating technical details into clear business benefits.
• Stay updated on product enhancements, industry trends, and the competitive landscape.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Sales Engineer, Solution Engineer, in Pre-sales or a technical customer-facing role, preferably with a SaaS Solution.
• Background working with complex digital products, ideally SaaS solutions.
• Ability to bridge business and technical conversations, translating API and integration concepts into commercial value.
• Good communication and presentation skills, with the ability to simplify and engage.
• Creative problem-solving skills to address diverse customer needs.
• Must be able to work from Lund or Stockholm, Sweden.
