What you will do

• Own and improve monthly management reporting, including KPIs and variance analyses.
• Drive forecasting, budgeting, and long-term financial planning, improving accuracy.
• Build and maintain financial models for strategic, investment, and operational decisions.
• Automate and scale FP&A processes, enhancing data structures and dashboards.
• Partner with business stakeholders to translate operational data into actionable financial insights.

Requirements

• Relevant Experience: 1–2 years of hands-on experience in a finance or analytical role, with a solid academic background in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Business.
• Strong Analytical Skills: Ability to turn complex data into clear, actionable insights.
• Advanced Technical Tooling: Strong expertise in Google Sheets and SQL.
• Automation & Tech Mindset: Curiosity about process automation and AI.
• Startup Mentality: Hands-on, proactive, adaptable, and confident working cross-functionally.
• Fluent in English: Strong written and verbal communication skills in a professional setting (C1).

Nice to have

• Familiarity with Lucanet, Datev, or similar finance systems.
• Proficiency in German.
