What you will do

• Support preparation of detailed financial and administrative reports ensuring accuracy and transparency
• Build and refine financial models; assist in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
• Help build and maintain financial processes and data management systems from scratch
• Support high-impact projects and manage relationships with external service providers

Requirements

• Location: Berlin, Germany
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, business administration, or related field
• 2–3 years of professional experience including internships in auditing, consulting, or investment banking preferred
• Excellent English communication skills; professional fluency in German is a plus
• Strong Excel skills and solid understanding of financial statements and modelling
• Hardworking, flexible mindset with ability to work under tight deadlines and ambiguity
