What you will do

• Architect audit logic by translating complex ISA/IDW requirements into automated, reproducible workflows.
• Design AI-driven workflows for contract analysis and risk identification.
• Ensure system outputs maintain auditor independence and comply with IDW PS 210 and PS 450.
• Collaborate on building a reviewer-first interface that maximizes transparency and skepticism.
• Represent the company at professional conferences and contribute to whitepapers on AI in auditing.

Requirements

• 6+ years of professional auditing experience at a Big 4 or top-tier mid-market firm.
• Proven experience at the Prüfungsleiter level with deep understanding of Mandatsverantwortung and Haftungsrisiken.
• Command of IDW PS, ISA, and HGB standards.
• Native or professional fluency in German and English (C1+).
• Ability to think in logical flows and deconstruct high-level standards into reproducible workflows.
