What you will do
- Optimize CS KPIs and reporting structures to enable data-driven decisions.
- Evaluate existing controlling processes and develop business cases for optimization.
- Prepare, plan, and continuously adjust volume and cost forecasts and budgets.
- Analyze operational drivers to improve efficiency and customer experience.
- Manage invoicing and billing processes with service providers.
- Administer CRM systems, handle user access, and develop automation tools.
Requirements
- Completed degree in economics or a comparable qualification.
- Business-fluent German and English skills.
- Experience in controlling, ideally within a customer service environment.
- Proficiency in Excel, including the use of complex formulas.
- Strong analytical skills and a structured way of thinking.
- Must be located in or able to work from Hamburg, Germany.
