What you will do

• Act as a key member of the German management team, providing financial insights to steer strategic and day-to-day decision-making.
• Analyze and track financial and operational KPIs to identify trends, risks, and opportunities to improve profitability.
• Evaluate commercial initiatives using fact-based business cases and scenario modelling.
• Enhance forecasting and planning processes by leveraging modern data-driven methodologies.
• Lead and develop an FP&A analyst/controller, fostering a high-performance team culture.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in Controlling / FP&A within commercial, e-commerce, or digital consumer-oriented environments.
• University degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
• Proven experience in senior business partnering with Commercial or Marketing stakeholders.
• Strong understanding of customer economics (CLV, marketing ROI) and forecasting.
• Expertise in Excel (PowerPivot, PowerQuery) and a data-driven mindset.
• Fluent in both German and English.
