What you will do

• Determine HR technology needs for prospective clients with under 50 employees.
• Present hirify.global's tech stack and tailor solutions to meet client needs.
• Prepare and present proposals, ensuring timely follow-up.
• Complete documentation for data conversion from previous payroll providers.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure smooth client transitions.
• Develop prospects through telemarketing, referrals, and professional contacts.
• Build and maintain relationships with CPAs.
• Attend hirify.global-sponsored trade shows, conferences, and other events.
• Meet or exceed monthly and annual sales quotas for your territory.

Requirements

• HS diploma or equivalent required (college degree strongly desired).
• 1-2 years experience in a sales position.
• Ability and willingness to travel within assigned territory and meet prospects in person.
• Ability to succeed in a fast-paced, competitive, and quota-driven environment.
• Strong prospecting skills and consistency in executing a defined sales approach.
• Strong presentation, written, and oral communication skills.
• Proficiency with MS Office applications and the Internet.
