What you will do
- Determine HR technology needs for prospective clients with under 50 employees.
- Present hirify.global's tech stack and tailor solutions to meet client needs.
- Prepare and present proposals, ensuring timely follow-up.
- Complete documentation for data conversion from previous payroll providers.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure smooth client transitions.
- Develop prospects through telemarketing, referrals, and professional contacts.
- Build and maintain relationships with CPAs.
- Attend hirify.global-sponsored trade shows, conferences, and other events.
- Meet or exceed monthly and annual sales quotas for your territory.
Requirements
- HS diploma or equivalent required (college degree strongly desired).
- 1-2 years experience in a sales position.
- Ability and willingness to travel within assigned territory and meet prospects in person.
- Ability to succeed in a fast-paced, competitive, and quota-driven environment.
- Strong prospecting skills and consistency in executing a defined sales approach.
- Strong presentation, written, and oral communication skills.
- Proficiency with MS Office applications and the Internet.
