Salary: $34,300–$57,400 USD annually, eligible for commission.

What you will do
- Achieve or exceed assigned sales targets and weekly activity metrics.
- Apply sales processes to present solutions, overcome objections, and generate warm leads.
- Develop and maintain strong knowledge of the full product portfolio, industry trends, and competitive solutions.
- Conduct business analysis, prospect new leads, and build sales pipeline.
- Document all activities in the CRM system and work with Sales to hand off leads.
- Contribute to business development planning, forecasting, and marketing activities.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in business, sales, marketing, or related field preferred; or High School diploma and 1–2 years of relevant experience.
- 2+ years of business development, lead generation, pre-sales, or account management experience in an inside sales environment.
- Experience developing prospect lists and making a large volume of outbound calls (80-100+ daily).
- Experience with Salesforce.com or similar CRMs and a Consultative B2B lead generation approach.
- Understanding of tax-related rules, regulations, processes, or banking relationships.
- English: B2 required.
