Location: Office Location or Remote - USA

Salary: $57,000–$71,400 Plus Commission

What you will do

  • Establish business plans by account and develop plans to achieve annual quota.
  • Present compelling business cases for hirify.global solutions that solve business problems and provide relevant ROI.
  • Build pipeline through lead generation, prospecting, and networking for new opportunities.
  • Develop solution proposals encompassing business applications and track sales opportunities in Salesforce.com.
  • Collaborate internally with Product Management, Marketing, and Customer Support to drive customer value.
  • Conduct Strategic Business Reviews with customers to expand product usage and identify additional problems for hirify.global solutions.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in sales managing a territory and building a pipeline.
  • Experience identifying deals and bringing them to completion.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business or related discipline, or a combination of education and relevant work experience.
  • Knowledge of MS Office Suite.
  • Willingness to travel up to 50% on occasion.

Nice to have

  • Previous ERP sales and/or healthcare supply chain sales experience.
  • Experience with various ERP systems.
  • Experience with Salesforce.com and CRM applications.
