What you will do

  • Own paid media strategy and investment governance across US and International markets.
  • Translate growth priorities into channel plans, budget allocation, forecasting, and pacing guardrails.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams (Brand, Creative, SEO, Analytics) to ensure integrated paid plans.
  • Lead weekly and monthly performance reviews, learning cycles, and trade-off resolutions.
  • Lead and develop channel owners (SEM, Paid Social, Display, TV) and manage agency collaborations.
  • Provide hands-on leadership to troubleshoot pacing, diagnose performance, and unblock execution when required.

Requirements

  • 10+ years in paid media / performance marketing with direct accountability for acquisition outcomes.
  • Multi-channel ownership across paid search, paid social, video, and familiarity with offline measurement concepts.
  • Strong commercial judgment on pacing and scaling.
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder influence in a matrixed environment.
  • Proven people leadership and coaching capability.

Nice to have

  • Experience operating across multiple markets and localization contexts.
  • Experience managing blended in-house plus agency delivery models.
  • Experience in B2B SaaS or subscription, ideally serving SMB audiences.
