What you will do
- Implement FinOps best practices and optimize cloud spend with Spot Ocean.
- Conduct regular business reviews to align on KPIs, cost savings, and operational efficiency.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for strategic accounts, ensuring renewals and identifying expansion opportunities.
- Educate customers on Spot Ocean capabilities, container orchestration, and cloud cost optimization.
- Translate technical concepts into business outcomes for both technical and C-level stakeholders.
- Partner with Sales, Solutions Engineering, and Product teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences and influence the roadmap.
Requirements
- 3+ years in Customer Success, Technical Account Management, or Cloud Consulting for enterprise clients.
- Understanding of FinOps principles, cloud economics, and Kubernetes/container orchestration.
- Ability to bridge technical and business conversations with strong executive communication skills.
- Proven track record of driving adoption and delivering measurable business outcomes.
- Familiarity with tools like Spot Ocean, AWS/GCP/Azure cost management, and FinOps frameworks.
- Outcome-driven, customer-centric, and proactive problem solver comfortable working cross-functionally.
