What you will do
- Recruit top-tier sales talent across various GTM roles, including Mid-Market Account Executives, Enterprise Account Directors, RVPs/AVPs, Sales Revenue Operations, and Solution Consultants.
- Build high-quality sales pipelines to enable customer growth and secure new enterprise business.
- Strengthen the Talent Acquisition team’s capability.
- Influence the scale, productivity, and effectiveness of hirify.global’s go-to-market organization.
Requirements
- Experience in senior-level talent acquisition, specifically recruiting for sales leadership and GTM roles.
- Strong understanding of the sales recruitment landscape.
- Ability to identify and attract high-impact sales professionals.
- Understanding of how to build and maintain robust talent pipelines.
