Contract Senior Technical Sourcer (Engineering): Identifying and engaging exceptional engineering talent, strengthening pipeline strategy and execution for 's Engineering organization with an accent on proactive talent mapping, pipeline generation, and real-time market insights. Focus on shaping search strategy, defining candidate profiles, and building long-term relationships with passive engineers.
Location: Remote, must be located in the US

What you will do
- Lead sourcing strategy for Engineering roles, building high-quality pipelines through proactive outreach and thoughtful inbound review.
- Conduct structured talent mapping across target companies and markets to identify strong engineering talent.
- Partner closely with recruiters and engineering hiring managers to define candidate profiles, align on scope and seniority, and continuously refine search direction.
- Proactively engage engineering hiring managers to clarify expectations, surface constraints, and strengthen alignment throughout the search.
- Engage passive engineers through personalized outreach and exploratory conversations before recruiter handoff.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with engineering talent, even when no immediate role is open.
Requirements
- 5-7+ years of experience in technical sourcing or recruiting, with significant focus on software engineering hiring.
- Demonstrated ability to build and convert high-quality pipelines for senior+ engineering roles in competitive markets.
- Strong understanding of engineering roles and leveling, with the ability to assess scope and relevant technical experience early.
- Experience building strong working relationships with recruiters and hiring managers, influencing search strategy through insight and data.
- Excellent written communication skills and a high bar for candidate experience.
- Must be located in the US.
- This is a contract position for 6-months, with possible extension.
