Salary: $233,100–$258,300 USD (annual base)

What you will do

• Lead and manage a team of Solutions Engineering Managers, ensuring their professional development and success.
• Provide technical leadership to customers and prospective customers, partnering with Sales to meet joint quarterly targets.
• Deliver presentations to customers, including whiteboards, product demonstrations, and proof-of-value outcomes.
• Help customers plan in-depth test plans to demonstrate the value of the hirify.global platform in their environment.
• Act as a trusted advisor to customers for all matters related to cloud security across AWS, Azure, and GCP.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, and product management teams to develop effective go-to-market strategies.

Requirements

• 5+ years leading a team of Solutions Engineers and first-line SE Managers across multiple customer segments.
• Specific experience developing, managing, and coaching the performance of individual contributors and their leaders.
• Proven track record of recruiting, retaining, developing, and coaching a team of regionally focused skilled SEs and SE leaders.
• Strong cloud security experience and hands-on experience with AWS, Azure, and GCP.
• Knowledge of network engineering, operating systems, virtual machines, and container technologies.
• Experience with risk-based security assessments, cloud identity, CSPM tools, CI/CD processes, and Infrastructure as Code.
