Sales Engineer, Global System Integrators (GSIs/Technical Sales): Serving as the technical architect for strategic partnerships with GSIs, empowering them to build service practices around hirify.global's platform with an accent on technical evangelism, solution co-innovation, and strategic deal support. Focus on developing repeatable architectures, leading high-stakes Proof of Values (PoVs), and acting as a voice for partner feedback to product and engineering teams.

What you will do

  • Serve as the primary technical authority and evangelist for GSI partners, providing deep-dive training and certifications.
  • Collaborate with GSI "Centers of Excellence" to co-innovate repeatable reference architectures and service offerings.
  • Lead technical validation phases of GSI-led opportunities, including scoping and executing Proof of Values (PoVs).
  • Develop and maintain deep technical relationships with Practice Leads and Solution Architects across GSI regions.
  • Create Accelerators like Terraform scripts and API documentation to reduce time-to-value for GSI teams.
  • Act as the voice of the partner to Product and Engineering teams, prioritizing features for multi-tenancy and scalability.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of Sales Engineering or Solutions Architecture experience, with at least 2 years specifically focused on GSI or Partner ecosystems.
  • Deep technical understanding of IT Operations and Security data (Logs, Metrics, Traces, SIEM/SOAR, Threat Hunting, Incident Response).
  • Exceptional presentation skills with the ability to command the room when speaking to senior partner stakeholders.
  • Hands-on experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, or GCP), APIs/SDKs, and modern DevOps tooling.
  • Ability to build processes from scratch and thrive in a fast-paced, rapidly evolving startup environment.
  • Ability to travel up to 40%.
