What you will do
- Develop and implement individual sales plans to achieve annual sales quotas.
- Uncover and create new opportunities within named accounts.
- Cultivate and maintain strong client relationships, focusing on customer satisfaction and retention.
- Drive new relationships, especially in the C Suite and with adjacent lines of business.
- Apply best practice sales methodologies and tools, utilizing Salesforce for opportunity, campaign, and customer management.
Requirements
- Experience in the financial sector, either sell-side or buy-side, with familiarity with regulatory requirements in EMEA.
- +6 years of successful sales experience in Financial Services Enterprise software (applications and services).
- Existing finance sector contacts, relationship and client management skills.
- Ability to understand and position the value of hirify.global Actimize Compliance solutions.
- Excellent sales competences – presentation skills, negotiation, planning, accurate forecasting.
- Degree or MBA calibre required.
