What you will do
- Recruit, hire, develop, and mentor business development representatives for the UK, Irish, Nordics, and MEA markets.
- Manage daily activities of the BDR team, including live coaching, reviewing lead volume, and call statistics.
- Report on prospecting activity, forecast to the BD Director, and maintain command of key business numbers.
- Oversee daily activities and quota performance management of individual BDRs.
- Cultivate a culture of constant improvement and set clear objectives for the team.
- Identify and recommend improvements in process, efficiency, and productivity.
Requirements
- 2+ years' experience managing a team.
- 3+ years' experience in B2B Sales/Business Development.
- Track record achieving sales targets.
- Excellent English written & communication skills.
- An entrepreneurial spirit with a strong work ethic.
Nice to have
- Structured Sales training in recognized sales methodologies.
- International work and/or travel experience.
- Working knowledge of Salesforce, Outreach, Hubspot, or Cognism.
