What you will do

• Lead, inspire, and develop a team of 5-10 Business Development Executives and Managers.
• Manage team performance by setting clear objectives and conducting daily activity reviews.

• Play a key role in the hiring process, identifying and recruiting top sales talent.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years in a sales leadership role with a demonstrable history of team development.
• Experience managing and motivating high activity within a team of field-based salespeople.
• A data-driven, analytical mindset with a high level of emotional intelligence.
• Exceptional negotiation and communication skills.
• Self-motivated, with a track record of taking ownership of projects and solving business challenges.
