TL;DR

Payment Executive (Fintech): Engaging with businesses through warm and cold calling to secure appointments for field agents with an accent on building rapport and achieving sales targets. Focus on identifying decision-makers, qualifying leads, and maintaining accurate CRM records.

Location: Remote within the UK. Initial 3 weeks of training are required in our Grimsby Office; travel and accommodation will be provided if over 30 miles or 1.5 hours travel time.

Salary: £2,250 per month (basic salary)

What you will do

• Conduct warm and cold calls to small to medium businesses to introduce payment products and services.
• Build rapport and establish relationships with potential clients over the phone.
• Identify decision-makers and qualify leads for field agents.
• Schedule appointments by understanding client needs and aligning them with solutions.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions in the CRM system.
• Achieve and exceed weekly and monthly sales targets.

Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year of telemarketing or cold calling experience.
• Proven track record in exceeding sales targets.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Exceptional attention to detail.
• Results-driven and self-motivated with a passion for sales.
• Ability to work independently from home.
• Proficient in CRM software and other sales tools.
