What you will do
- Achieve monthly sales targets, developing strategies to attract new business and extend market share.
- Generate new business and proactively manage a pipeline of self-generated leads using Salesforce.
- Build and maintain professional relationships across the local business network and with introducers, ensuring hirify.global is the first choice for referrals.
- Apply the hirify.global sales methodology to identify customer needs, propose solutions, negotiate terms, and sell various payment products (POS, Ecomm) to new SME customers within a defined territory.
- Identify cross-selling opportunities, drive revenue growth, and complete all appropriate paperwork while adhering to legal and compliance policies.
- Collaborate with customer service and boarding teams to resolve queries and provide feedback on local trends, competitor insights, and product requirements.
Requirements
- Possession of a full driving license is required.
- Proven experience in targeted B2B field sales, with essential merchant sales experience.
- Comfortable selling up to C-level, demonstrating an excellent consultative approach, solution selling, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Ability to operate effectively with high energy and flexibility in a fast-paced, constantly evolving environment.
- A genuine self-starter requiring minimal oversight, with an ambitious, career-oriented, professional outlook and high integrity.
- Previous experience with a consultative selling methodology and a proven track record of winning business in the mid-market segment, along with an understanding of the payments market.
