New Business Development Sales Specialist (Beauty & Wellness, SaaS): Bringing in new business for hirify.global's marketplace platform with an accent on achieving sales targets and managing the entire sales cycle. Focus on identifying key decision-makers, performing cost-benefit analyses, and aligning solutions to partner goals within the beauty and wellness industry.

Location: Dubai, United Arab Emirates (on-site with 1 day remote flexibility)

What you will do

  • Achieve sales targets and generate new business.
  • Conduct outreach to key decision-makers via phone, email, and social media.
  • Present, promote, and sell products and services through product demos.
  • Manage the entire sales process from prospecting to close.
  • Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis with partners to align solutions.
  • Collaborate with other departments and provide market trend feedback.
  • Contact qualified inbound leads and document outcomes in CRM.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of solid B2B sales experience with a track record of success.
  • Experience in SaaS, online marketplaces, or payment platforms is highly desirable.
  • Strong relationship building and "hunter" mentality.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
  • Fluent in Arabic is preferred.
  • Must work from the office 5 days per week in Dubai, with 1 day remote flexibility.
