What you will do
- Identify, onboard, and manage strategic partners (introducers, affiliates, platforms).
- Build and scale referral and ecosystem-driven deal flow.
- Own partner enablement (pitch decks, training, commercial alignment).
- Drive co-marketing initiatives and joint go-to-market activities.
- Manage partner pipeline and referred revenue.
- Track partner performance and optimise underperforming relationships.
Requirements
- 3–7 years experience in partnerships, business development, or alliances.
- Strong fintech / payments / crypto ecosystem knowledge.
- Proven ability to build and scale long-term partner relationships.
- Commercially minded with strong negotiation skills.
- Structured, proactive, and self-driven.
- English: B2 required.
