What you will do
- Own product success for pensions and investment solutions with your dedicated team.
- Drive the transformation of Germany's pension landscape by launching new products like the Altersvorsorgedepot.
- Expand the hirify.global ecosystem with localized, tax-efficient investment solutions across Europe, including SIPP in the UK and PEA in France.
- Collaborate closely with engineering counterparts to deliver client value in a decoupled and dynamic manner.
- Dismantle barriers to long-term investments, reducing complexity and increasing access for millions.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in Product Management roles, ideally with a focus on financial products, wealth management, pensions, B2B SaaS, or FinTech.
- Business level English and German (C2), comfortable speaking with clients in either language.
- Strong understanding of B2B client needs and a clear bias for impact and speed in product discovery and delivery.
- Ability to quickly absorb complex knowledge on topics like local tax regulations, financial frameworks, and asset classes.
- Experience with product management toolkits such as Linear, Slite, Miro, and Figma.
